He is someone with extensive industry experience, unique leadership skills and an inherent ability to motivate a team. He has over 10 years of management experience while effectively handling several responsibilities, from finance, marketing. training, sales and HR. Ritesh has a good understanding and knowledge of all legal and legislative requirements pertaining to business. He has managed and executed several change management processes. Ritesh has been in the printing and packaging industry for over 10 years.
