Riasha has amassed a world of knowledge gained over years of working under her visionary father the late Dasson Pillay, she spearheads innovation in an ink manufacturing company that is proudly South African in every sense of the word.

Heidie is a seasoned production specialist who leads a team from Kyocera that is at the cutting edge of innovative design and manufacturing of all things Print in the digital space. With Kyocera having launched some of the industry’s most forward thinking products in 2024, she will give insights into what they have planned next.

Riasha Naidu is the owner and Managing Director of Unistar Inks. She is also a member of the Regional Executive Committee for Printing SA’s KZN Chamber. She has a B.Bus.Sci (Economics and Marketing) from UCT, B.Com (Statistics) from UNISA and an MBA from GIBS. Riasha has 13 years of experience in the printing industry, she defies convention, in her business, in her industry and in her outcomes. She is passionate about creating inclusion in the workplace and bringing about a mind-set change to assist females in reaching the proverbial top. She has an overt obsession with levelling the playing field.
