Stuart has a long history in food product and process development, starting out as a chef before working for leading food companies such as Heinz and Greencore as Product and Process Development Manager.

He was instrumental in the development of Jet Cook for use in the food, beverage and pet food industries, having spent two years working with some of the world’s leading fluid dynamic and process engineering experts.   Once they had a food grade system, Stuart then started the long trial process to fully evaluate the capabilities and limits of the system and worked hand in hand with the team at DC Norris to give us the system we have today.

To date Stuart has run over 4200 trials covering ready meals, soups, sauces, beverages in more than 82 countries.
