Jermaine Naicker is a progressive professional and creative thinker who joined Printing SA in 2016. Over the years, he has held multiple roles, including Member Services Consultant, Member Services Manager, Regional Chamber Manager for KwaZulu-Natal, and, most recently, Managing Director.

During his nine-year tenure at Printing SA, Jermaine has developed a deep understanding of the Printing and Packaging industry while gaining valuable insight into Printing SA’s purpose from the grassroots level upward. These insights have been key to consistently driving meaningful results for the organization. His focus, composure, and strategic mindset have been integral to his leadership journey.

Jermaine holds undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Human Resources Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He remains committed to serving the industry by fostering creativity, applying innovative thinking to complex challenges, and advocating for industry growth.

Despite industry challenges, Jermaine remains optimistic about the sector’s future, recognizing unconventional growth opportunities in printing, packaging, visual communication, and signage. In the coming years, he is focused on transforming Printing SA into a dynamic, future-ready organization that provides innovative solutions to an evolving industry.
