She has been in the Skills development space for the past 20 years and is well versed in all SETA and QCTO compliance, ranging from accreditation with SETA’s, QCTO and NAMB. She is involved in providing full skills development strategies that integrate skills into the various elements of the B-BBEE scorecard, designing of learning programmes such as the Learner Wellness and SME wellness programmes run through WSDP. She is also very passionate about Immersive experiences which aim to take learning and development out of the classroom, pushing boundaries to make learning impactful. Her knowledge and experience on learning Programme management (Learnerships, Internships, YES4YOUTH, Apprenticeships), Discretionary Grant funding and all SDF related services including qualification development with the QCTO is vast. She has a strong passion for creating impactful skills development solutions across all sectors and continuously thrives to ensure all stakeholders in the eco-system benefit through all her initiatives.
